Our mission statement and vision

Our aims are as described in the National Curriculum (2000).
Aim 1: The school curriculum should aim to provide opportunities for all pupils to learn and achieve.
Aim 2: The school curriculum should aim to promote pupils' spiritual, moral, social and and cultural development and prepare all pupils for the opportunities, responsibilities and experiences of life.

Development in both these areas is essential to raising standards of achievement for all pupils.
To achieve our aims, we will:
* Strive to provide each child with a safe and well-managed school in which they feel secure, happy and well prepared for the challenges and opportunities that await them.

* Encourage each child as an individual to appreciate their own achievements and to increase their self-esteem.
